Hello again,
The new Inky Background papers from Craftwork Cards work so well with many of their collections. My blog today will show you a selection of them. You can buy all the products from Craft Stash UK and more of my cards can be seen alongside them.
First we start with the Inky Backgrounds with the Birds and Blooms Collection.

I stamped and die cut 6 birdcages and the little twittering birds and layered them onto the red background. It reminds me of the sunset on a warm summers evening.

The next card also incorporates the Inky Background stamps. embossing folder and die cut bundle. I used the stamps to build up layers of interest.

Next I used the Inky Backgrounds with the brilliant Crazy Daisies stamps.

I used various shades of purple to stamp out the daisies and layered them along a panel of card which was embossed with the Inky Background embossing folder.

Last but not least I used the Butterflies and Blooms stamp set.

For this card I stuck to the thicker edged stamp because I liked the effect of the solid black outline against the red papers.

In contrast the narrower outline on the smaller butterflies work beautifully next to the sentiment on this card.

As you can see the papers are very versatile and you can create so many different looks with your cards. Until next time.
Much love x Elisabeth x
